**** UPDATE Next Obedience Class Starts Wednesday, March 12th ****


Classes start Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 and will be held at Petrack Park,

OUTDOORS on Field E, in front of the Pool Building. 

Basic Obedience 1: 6:00 – 7:00PM. Class limited to 18 dogs.

Please, no dogs at the first Basic Obedience 1 class.

Basic Obedience 2: 5:30 – 6:30PM.  Class limited to 15 dogs

Previous beginning level obedience training is needed for the Basic Obedience 2 Class.

 

Additional Registration and Orientation will be held at the 1st class on March 12th.
Bring your dog’s vaccine/shot records and the completed

Class Registration paperwork (link below) to Registration and Orientation.

 

 Cost is $75 per 6-week session; payment is due at registration.  Cash or Check Only – no Credit cards. 

Dogs must be at least 4 months old and up to date on vaccines; bring your dog’s proof of vaccines to registration.

Bring a slip chain or Martingale collar and a leash. No buckle type collars or harnesses, please.

******New Rally Classes –  Beginning and Advanced******

Rally is a fun way to engage with your dog beyond basic obedience. 

It provides additional skills and exercises you can use just for play or for future competition. 

 

Rally Class starts Saturday, March 8th at 9am at Petrack Park, Field C – North End of the Soccer Field.

6 Week Session – $75.00.  Class size is limited to 15 dogs; dogs must have prior obedience training. 

Bring your dog, crate, water dish, poop bags, chair and proof of vaccinations to the first class.

Novice/Intermediate: Introduction to Rally.  All on leash.  Dogs must have completed a beginning

obedience course or equivalent.  Dogs should walk on a loose leash and know basic sit,

stand, down commands.  Handlers focus on learning signs and rules. 

Advanced/Excellent/Master: Off leash signs and skills.  Continuation of Novice class for dogs who

are ready to work off leash, utilizing additional signs and jumps.
